If you love getting pampered and prefer a professional service of a great salon, but struggle to find the time, you need the salon to come to you! And thankfully The Nail Club will do just that, offering Natural Nail services, Pedicures, Lash Lifts and Brow shaping.
You’ll be treated like a Queen in your own home as The Nail Club is an award winning mobile service that offers premium services using premium products by trusted brands all delivered by a highly trained and decorated technician.
You’ll be comforted to know that all products I use are EU certified, from only the top brands in the business and are kind for both your nails and your skin. With so many unregulated nail products out there, The Nail Club is proud to only use premium gel polishes with spa quality hand and foot care treatments to give you peace of mind that your hands are in the best hands! My gel polish of choice is Bio Sculpture and I use both BioGel and Evo. My lash lift treatment is the official LVL from Nouveau Lashes, and I use the HD Brow technique and products for my brow treatments.
The Nail Club has been created by me, Clare Woodcock. I have always loved getting my nails done, and for me in my former life in Music and Entertainment PR it was important to look good, feel confident and be presentable. Having my nails done regularly gave me that confidence. Since becoming a mum to two boys I decided on a career change to allow me to spend more time with my family. My love of all things artistic and the love of nails led me to train to be a Nail Technician. I know first hand what it is like to be a busy mum and a busy professional and how time is precious. So I set up The Nail Club to offer a flexible luxury service, to give confidence to those who need it, and to offer a professional salon experience in the comfort of my clients own home. You can book me to come to you during your work from home day, while you’re on that conference call, or at a time that you can set aside and just relax and be pampered. I offer some evening appointments too to facilitate that precious time for you. I don’t rush my appointments either. I believe that a true luxury service shouldn’t be a quick in and out. I will take the time to ensure that you receive the best experience possible.
I hold qualifications with Bio Sculpture, Nail Harmony UK, OPI, Nouveau Lashes, HD Brows and GTi specialising in nail services on natural nails. I am insured by BABTAC and a member of the Federation of Nail Professionals, the British Beauty Council, The National Hair and Beauty Federation. So you are in safe hands.

The Nail Club is based in Sunbury upon Thames covering a standard 5 mile radius from Sunbury. This includes Hampton, Teddington, Twickenham, Esher, Shepperton, Chertsey, Walton, Weybridge, Kingston and more. I will consider going a little further afield if you are booking in a group, or a duo with multiple services. A travel surcharge will be added for anything outside of my standard radius. Every effort is made to bring the professional standards and relaxation of a premium salon into your home. You get the double gift of time. You don’t need to rush to your appointment, and equally your appointment is not rushed. The Nail Club has trained with the best to bring the best quality treatments to you. You’re in good hands.
NAILS
The Nail Club is now using Bio Sculpture as its preferred gel brand, offering a prescriptive gel overlay treatment for every different nail type. You can also opt for classic polish if gel isn’t your thing.
HD BROWS
HD Brows is a bespoke eyebrow treatment that is totally tailored to you – not a brow stencil in sight. It’s so much more than a standard eyebrow tint and wax; a unique design formula with custom-blended colour, hair removal and make up application for bespoke brows that suit you.
PEDICURES
Using Elim MediHeel products you can choose from a full facial for your feet or an express option with vibrating foot spa, exfoliation and dry skin softening, finish with a glossy gel finish, or classic polish.
WEDDINGS & GROUPS
Please get in touch via WhatsApp or email to discuss your requirements for weddings or groups. I can cater for bridesmaids and family members with enough notice to book another technician to join me. All nail art consultations can be discussed and location / travel will be quoted for.
LASHES

PAMPER EVENT
The Nail Club is available for staff pamper days and pop up nail events at your place of work or for your event. Depending on requirements we can do a regular pop-up providing manicures and pedicures throughout the day for your staff or guests. We can also cater for one-off treat days or create a package for your event. Just get in touch to discuss what you need. For larger groups that require more nail technicians, this is all possible.

The Nail Club now caters for Mum and Daughter manicures and kids parties using a range of ethical, cruelty free, high quality nail polishes to suit all age groups.

You could book in for some quality time with your daughter (or son), and when you get your manicure, your daughter can choose a vibrant colour from either the Piggy Paint range (great for little ones as free of all nasties, low door and water-based formula, or my range of ethical and vegan polishes from Bio Sculpture, OPI, and Peacci.

FAQ’s
How long will my appointment be?
The timing of your appointment will depend on the treatments required. This will be discussed at the time of your booking. You will need to allow for 5-10 minutes to set up when I am coming to your house. A standard Gel Manicure can take up to 1 ½ hours as it includes thorough prepping of the nail and then a 4 to 5 layer prescriptive application using Bio Sculpture gels. If it’s your first appointment I like to allow for an extra 10 minutes for initial consultation. So you should allow for 1 hour 45 mins for your first appointment.
What do I need to provide for my home appointment?
For the most comfortable appointment, if you have a table that is not too wide then i can set up there. Alternatively we can sit at the corner of a dining room table. However if required I can bring a manicure table with me, so if you haven't got the space, we'll create one! Light is good, but not essential as I have a portable lamp so I can see your fingers. Don’t be fooled about conservatories as direct sunlight can play havoc with the gels so this is not the best spot!

Do I need to remove my previous polish?
If you are wearing standard nail varnish and are happy to remove it yourself, then it will speed up your appointment. However, if you find you've run out of time, I can remove this for you.
If you have gel on that I have previously applied, then I will remove this as part of your treatment free of charge.
If you are wearing another brand of gel product such as OPI, Shellac, Geleration etc then I can remove this for you for an additional charge. If you have SNS or Acrylic then it is advisable to get this removed by the same nail tech or salon that applied it as different products can require different removal procedures. However I’m happy to discuss this with you.
My nails are weak can I wear Gel polish?
Yes you can, with the right consultation, aftercare and most importantly the right removal, wearing gel polish can actually improve the health of your natural nail. It will act as a strong cover while the natural nail recovers and rebuilds underneath. I will also use additional strengthening products to help this. As long as you return to me to have your gel polish removed and reapplied then the gel will not harm your natural nail. Only the wrong kind of removal can ruin your natural nail, such as peeling or picking off your gel.
How can I pay?
If you book online you will be asked to enter your card details upon booking. Your card is then kept securely against your private account from which I can then take payment upon completion of your appointment without the need for you to present your card. I also accept Credit & Debit Cards, Apple Pay & Android Pay, Cash or Bank Transfer.
Can you come to my work?
Yes. If you work for a company that would be interested in having a staff pamper day, or who feel its important for their employees to have beautifully groomed hands then why not suggest having The Nail Club come to your office for a day where I can work on a number of colleagues throughout the day. Just call me to discuss.
Yes! I’m a mother myself and totally understand and am sympathetic to mothers' (or fathers') needs. If you have a small baby or a young child it is often difficult to get out to a salon to get your nails done. I'm happy for babies or kids to be around, but it is much better if someone is there to watch them and tend to them should the need arise. While you are with me, your hands will be in mine for the majority of the time, and with the various layers of product I will be applying its not going to be the best outcome if you need to use your hands during the treatment. If they are old enough to keep themselves entertained then that’s even better!
Can my kids be around?
In the unlikely event that your freshly gelled nails need a repair due through no fault of your own, upon examination I will re-do the problem nail free of charge within the first 48 hours. Anything beyond that will need to be charged.
Repair policy
I know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment. I will be as flexible as I can in accommodating this, however, cancellations or rescheduling with short notice can hugely affect my business so I have decided to apply the following cancellation policy.
Cancellation or Reschedule - 48 hours notice please
If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let me know as soon as possible beforehand, but at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can do this on the app yourself. That’s it, job done.
If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice there is a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. If its a no show or a cancellation on the day with no reasonable time for me to fill the appointment, or when I am already on my way to you, that may incur a full 100% no show fee. Rescheduling may be possible if I have the capacity to offer you another spot within a few days, but this is dependent on time of year and availability.
